AUSTIN, Texas: According to a statement from Tesla's Weibo Account this week, Chinese President Xi Jinping told the electric vehicle (EV) maker's CEO Elon Musk that he supports the company's development in China.
Musk expressed his gratitude and praised the rapid development of China's new energy vehicle sector, the statement added.
Xi and Musk met in San Francisco on November 15.
